If you think that title is irrelevant you obviously didn't observe and think about Bradford's work as much as you state that you did. It is entirely relevant to his subject matter and statement.

incredibly creative. loved this piece of art. the idea of painting something and then sanding off the paint to reveal the true artwork beneath it was magnificent. it's a shame that the "true artwork" beneath was actually comics, though. It would have been better if the areas where pant was sanded off would have been his own design/art.

I recently visited the International exhibit and this piece was one of my favorites. It's confusing at first, but the complexity of the work got the better of my curiosity. Bradford did an excellent job of making you wonder what the city is really like.
